Dear all value guests, for sure that your satisfaction is our first priority. However we still need to agree of some rules to ensure that there are no misunderstandings about our Laundry Service 服务or your obligations义务. By using our service, you acknowledge the following Terms and Conditions.

Suitability for Laundering

By using our service, you agree that your clothes are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for this laundering process.

Damaged Laundry （免责）

We will do everything we can to avoid damaging your laundry. Unfortunately there are limitations to what we can do. We can't be held responsible if something left in your laundry causes any damage. Similarly, if you forgot any value things in your pocket, we can't guarantee that we will find or return them, to you.

We would love to be able to inventory 清单every piece of laundry you give us. Unfortunatelyit cost-prohibitive 高昂 for us to do so. As a result we can't be held responsible for any lost laundry; we simply have no efficient way of verifying that we actually received any particular piece of laundry in the first place.

Washing machine 洗衣机

A washing machine (laundry machine, clothes washer, or washer) is a home appliance used to wash laundry. The term is mostly applied to machines that use water as opposed to dry cleaning水洗而不是干洗 (which uses alternative cleaning fluids and is performed by specialist businesses) or ultrasonic cleaners. The user adds laundry detergent, which is sold in liquid or powder form洗衣液或洗衣粉, to the wash water.

该机洗涤6公斤左右的衣服大约需要30分钟，干燥大约需要130分钟，耗电约为0.65度。
